No Refunds or Exchanges once items have been removed from packaging. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the oringinal receipt. Returns and Exchanges may be issused within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. 

Orders are placed every Friday. 

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days with an expected delivery 10 -15 business days from shipping date. If order has an expected delay, customer shall be notified via email.

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

-Weight limit per package. In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping and ensure that you receive your order at earliest, we use time and cost efficient ways of delivery.

– An item may be slightly back-ordered, and shipped a later than the rest of the items in an order.

– Because we are serviced by different vedors, an order with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between vendors.
